Umami Way brings a bold fusion menu to the area, blending Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese flavors into one seriously craveable lineup. The menu hits all the comfort-food-with-a-twist notes, and it’s already giving “new go-to spot” energy for date nights, girls’ nights, and weekday lunch plans.
What We Tried (and Loved)
Let’s start with the Black Truffle Fried Rice, because unreal is the only word that fits. Rich, savory, and packed with flavor, this is one of those dishes you’ll think about days later. We also ordered the Soup Dumplings, which were an instant win, and the Lunch Bento Box Special, perfect if you want a little bit of everything without overthinking your order.
And yes… the Lychee Martini is every bit as good as it sounds. Sweet, refreshing, and dangerously easy to sip.
