If you’ve been following along for a while, you already know that The Mill on Etowah is one of my go-to spots. It’s one of those places that just gets it when it comes to creating a vibe, great food, and a space you actually want to hang out in. And somehow… it just keeps getting better.
On our latest visit, we checked out two of their newest additions, and let me just say—this is your sign to plan a trip ASAP.
Meet Your New Burger Obsession: Bully Run 🐾
First up, Bully Run—and wow, I had high expectations going into this one.
If you’re familiar with Pop’s, you already know the owners don’t miss. Bully Run brings that same energy, but with its own personality—literally inspired by their bully breed dog, which just makes the whole concept even more fun.
The space itself is adorable, leaning into a vintage-inspired design that feels cozy, nostalgic, and super Instagram-worthy without trying too hard.
Now let’s talk food:
- The burgers? Unreal.
- The loaded fries? A must.
- And the Man’s Best Friend milkshake? Non-negotiable.
Yes, I fully committed to a peanut butter chocolate milkshake and ice cream in the same day. No regrets.
A Sweet Classic Joins the Lineup: Kilwins 🍦

Next up is Kilwins, and honestly… you already know the vibes.
Kilwins is one of those places that just instantly feels nostalgic. From the fresh-made fudge to the ice cream, it’s a classic for a reason. But having one right here at The Mill on Etowah? Game changer.
I had to go for their take on Moose Tracks (aka Kilwin’s Tracks), and it absolutely delivered. It’s the perfect stop whether you’re ending a date night, treating the kids, or just grabbing a sweet little treat after dinner.
What’s Coming Next
And if you thought that was it… think again.
One of the most exciting updates is that Little Alley Steak is opening a new location right here in this historic space. If you’ve ever been to their Roswell location, you already know this is going to be a major addition.
I cannot wait to see how they transform the space, and you already know I’ll be there the second it opens to bring you a full review.

Why The Mill on Etowah Keeps Winning
What I love most about The Mill on Etowah is that it’s not just one place—it’s an experience. You can:
- Grab burgers with friends
- Walk over for ice cream
- Shop local
- And soon, enjoy an elevated steakhouse dinner
It’s the kind of spot that works for date nights, family outings, girls days, or just when you need somewhere easy that has everything.
